To create a temporary urban makers-laboratory for site-specific and experimental creative practice and reflection.
We invited creative practitioners to join our three day summer camp at Losæter in Oslo that was all about action, collaboration and experimentation.
The days were divided into 1. Ready 2. Set 3. Action. The first day focused on group –building and –making exercises, using different tools to explore the site, as well as using creative exercises and brainstorms to develop ideas on the given themes of exchange, Mobility and Play. The second and third day were all about prototyping and testing with people at and around Losæter in order to see and show the potential of our ideas and iterate. Shared meals, visiting practitioners and in between breaks, as going for a swim in the Oslo Fjord, where used as moments of reflection and discussion.
Thanks to our visiting guests: Arild Eriksen/Eriksen Skajaa, Erlend Blakstad Haffner/Blakstad Haffner Arkitekter, Amy Franceschini/Futurefarmers, Biblo/Deichmanske Library, Svein Gunnar Kjøde/Design Without Borders, Andreas Capjon/Norges Bondelag and Felipe Ridao/Antipodes Café
